Meet Sunny! Sunny is a young, adorable, rescue dog from Puerto Rico. This good girl was found in the rainforest and flew to New York City to begin her new life. Although Sunny is enjoying being loved and cared for, NYC is proving to be too chaotic for her to handle. She needs a new home with quiet streets to walk, play, and sniff in peace. A fenced-in yard for fetch and play would be a bonus! This cutie is healthy, has all her shots, and has been spayed and microchipped. Sunny is extremely affectionate and loves to snuggle up to her favorite human on the couch. She is very smart, treat-motivated, and has learned lots of tricks! Sunny knows: to sit, come, wait, down, spin, touch, leave it, roll over, give a paw, settle, drop it, and even potties on command. She is also a great companion on a car ride. Sunny is a young active dog that needs plenty of exercise and attention. With the right training, she would eventually make a great running partner. She loves taking long walks or going squirrel chasing at a park. A good game of tug also makes her very excited. Sunny can be picky about choosing her four-legged friends and would be best suited as the only pet in a home. Someone with previous experience with rescue dogs would be a HUGE plus!
