Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

A little About ZZ Buddy & Jabba- Courtesy Listing...

An instant family! Jabba and Buddy are looking for a home together. Jabba is an 8 1/2 year old, 14 lb hypoallergenic Terrierpoo rescue. Buddy is a 15 1/2 year old, 11 lb hypoallergenic Cavapoo with soft light brown hair. They are both neutered, up to date on vaccines and housebroken. Jabba has lived with Buddy since he was 2.  Jabba is very playful and loves other dogs as well as all adults.  Buddy has been a family dog his whole life. This senior gentleman has lost his hearing, but that doesn’t stop him from enjoying life with Jabba and his family…he loves to curl up next to you and get some cuddling. Both dogs are well behaved and respect property and furniture. They have always been together, and would do amazing in a home with a fenced in backyard. If you've been looking for the companionship of a wonderful pet, and understand that age is no barrier to love, Buddy and Jabba can't wait to meet you.
