Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

  4. Complete the Adoption Application and submit

A little About Ranger...

Meet Ranger! This handsome boy is very sweet, good-natured and curious, though he doesn’t like loud noises.  His potty training is a work in progress and he can hold it through the night. Ranger is happy in his crate and does not bark at anything. He loves other dogs and he loves people too, just takes him a second to open up. He gets very excited with a wiggly butt and wagging tail when he sees his human. Ranger loves food and he loves the outdoors. He plays nicely in dog playgroups and wants nothing more than to be loved! Ranger is a low energy playful pup, though he does get his bursts of energy like any pup. Be sure to complete an application on line, and come to our Meet & Greet Saturday 11:30-1:30.
